- F.Sc. (Pre-Medical) or Matric (Science),
- As per the latest Pakistan Nursing & Midwifery Council (PNMC) admission policy.
- Applicants must fulfill all eligibility requirements prescribed by PNMC
- Gender: Only Females

- Applicants must have pictures with white coat.
- Original SSC / HSSC certificate + marks sheet (with 6 print copies).
- Original Domicile (with 6 print copies).
- Id card / B-Form (with 8 print copies).
